of the turned on fireplaces, the women of the "house"
throw the hand pasta and cook with the oil extra virgin of olive
produced by the firm; we served cheeses, pork meats accompanied
by cooked bread to firewood and fried pizzas; first dishes of
handmade "pasta", "maltagliati" and "fileri",
"gnocchi" and "polenta"; meat in thousand
tastes, lamb, piglets, farm chickens to the spit and roasted,
